Q:Where are you based?
A:We are based in the continental United States.

Q: How soon will my order be processed after I submit it?
A: We typically process orders within 36 hours of receipt of payment, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday through Sunday will typically ship on Monday or Tuesday.

Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:No, at this time, we are unable to ship internationally. The only time we would ship internationally is when dealing with orders of 50G or more.

Q: For my credit card order, can I have my order shipped to an address other then the address of record?
A: No, due to credit card fraud issues we are unable to ship credit card orders to an address other then the address of record (a separate address). Please use another payment method to pay.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Green Dot MoneyPaks, Alertpay, and Credit Cards for returning customers (We do not accept credit cards directly from first time customers due to fraud issues.) We also accept bank transfers for bulk orders (over 1000USD or 750USD for orders outside the United States).

Q: I have previously ordered from your company, but when I order I am unable to use my credit card, can you help?  
A: Of course, shoot us an email and we'll enable credit card ordering for your account.

Q: Do you accept paypal?  
A: Yes, we accept paypal through a third party provider. (Begining July 30, 2010)

Q: How do you ship your packages? What shipping carrier do you use?
A: All orders placed are shipped discreetly in plain generic packaging, the Rechemicals name will not appear on the package. We do not publish what shipping carriers we use.

Q: Do you offer shipment tracking?
A: Yes, all orders are shipped w/ tracking information.

Q: Do you offer free samples?
A: No, we do not offer free samples.

Q: Is your site legitimate?
A: Yes, we are a legitimate website operating as a legitimate business with customer satisfaction as our main goal. (This question is actually asked quite often, so even though it is a bit of a silly question, we have included it on our FAQ's.
